Avril Harper
Avril studied Human
Resources (then called ‘Personnel Management’) at Teesside University,
formerly Middlesbrough Polytechnic, where she graduated with a Diploma
in Personnel Management and Chartered Membership of the Institute of
Personnel and Development. For almost ten years she worked
in engineering and local government before leaving to follow a full time
